In order to use a free or paid instrumental, you must agree that Kendoyll Simpson retains the right to collect 50% of composer/publishing share on any song that contains the full or sampled audio of that instrumental. The user must also give producer credit to Kendoyll Simpson/KSBEATS and any other producer that collaborates on the production of the instrumental if any. Kendoyll Simpson also retains the right to collect additional revenue from the user depending on the commercial use of the instrumental(s) eg. competitions, paid performances, sales/streaming(Distribution), etc. All Distribution and Publishing splits will be handled by Kendoyll Simpson. All stem purchases are non exclusive and follows the said terms. However, anyone who wishes to have exclusive privileges to their song on any of the instrumentals from our beats catalog can only purchase exclusive rights to their song (royalty free) and not the instrumental itself. The cost for this is an additional $200USD.

Custom Beats Terms and Conditions:

For Custom Beats, the buyer has full rights to that instrumental after full payment. The instrumental will only be available to that buyer. In addition, the buyer will be able to use the instrumental royalty free. He/She must give producer credit to Kendoyll Simpson/KSBEATS and any other producer that has contributed to the production of the instrumental if any.

If the remaining balance of an instrumental is not paid in full within 30 days from the start date of the project, Kendoyll Simpson retains the right to keep the initial deposit and sell the instrumental to another artist in order to recover funds.
